35% Off Conservatories, Don’t DIY

Tuesday, September 29th, 2009

In the current economic climate, people are looking for more and more ways to save money. Research has show that people are looking to cut costs by undertaking fairly large home improvement projects themselves, rather than paying a trained professional to do so.

The Telegraph has published an article warning about the possible accidents that may happen and effects on value:

The article refers to how in the long run, DIY home improvement could be a false economy. There are many small projects, which with some research can be successfully done oneself. But for larger projects, such as conservatories, orangeries, double glazing, loft conversions and brick porches it is definitely best to allow professionals to carry out the task.

Conservatories

These larger projects require a certain amount of skill and experience during the construction. There are also official guidelines which need to be met, which an expert will be able to help with. Another major problem is that there is no guarantee with a DIY project, so if there’s a problem in the future, it will most likely, cost a lot to fix.

There are many respected companies out there that understand that people are trying to save money. West Yorkshire Windows are currently offering a massive 35% off conservatories, 3 years free credit and a 1/3rd off windows and doors.

That’s right:

Conservatory, Orangery and Double Glazing Prices

Thursday, September 24th, 2009

In the Double Glazing industry, especially pertaining to conservatories and orangeries, many companies do not give you a basic price for the product.

This is for a good reason however and should not put you off. These companies who do not offer a ‘standard price’ normally offer a bespoke product. Bespoke means that the product is made to measure – to meet your exact specifications. Obviously this would mean a differing amount of materials, different laboring costs, etc. So if a company will just give you a ballpark figure, beware of add-ons that you may find later down the line.

That’s why Conservatory Outlet offer a very personal service. Building a conservatory is a very big project and we understand that, which is why we’d like to take your information and give you a non-pushy call to arrange a time which is convenient for you to have a meeting.

In this meeting we use a CAD program which will show you the design of your desired conservatory. This can be updated as you change your mind on specific things, such as the height of the dwarf wall, the window designs, the roof design, etc. These updates will all be processed on an automated spreadsheet program as well, updating the price in an instant. This means that you will suffer no add-on charges and be given an exact conservatory price – allowing you to see how much specific parts cost, meaning it is very easy to work to a budget.

Double Glazing Price

Tuesday, May 5th, 2009

Dear Matthew,

We’re writing to thank you for your extremely helpful service you provided recently at Conservatory Outlet. The double glazing prices you quoted us were honest and you kept to them to the penny. In the past, we’ve been quoted cheaper services but they’ve added extra costs or tried to persuade us to upgrade to something they deemed as a necessity.

Following initial contact and a phone call from Matthew, we received nothing but top quality customer service and help with picking out our uPVC windows design. There was no high-pressure sales techniques and everyone was extremely professional.

With the installation of the windows your staff excelled and you are to be praised on the quality of your product and desire to do a quality job. In addition we would like to thank the installers, Greg and Pete, who were courteous and patient when dealing with our requirements.

Thank you very much. We are thinking about conservatories at the moment, and if we decide to get one, we will be coming back to you.

Yours Sincerely,
Mister Jethro
