Conservatory, Orangery and Double Glazing Prices

Thursday, September 24th, 2009

In the Double Glazing industry, especially pertaining to conservatories and orangeries, many companies do not give you a basic price for the product.

This is for a good reason however and should not put you off. These companies who do not offer a ‘standard price’ normally offer a bespoke product. Bespoke means that the product is made to measure – to meet your exact specifications. Obviously this would mean a differing amount of materials, different laboring costs, etc. So if a company will just give you a ballpark figure, beware of add-ons that you may find later down the line.

That’s why Conservatory Outlet offer a very personal service. Building a conservatory is a very big project and we understand that, which is why we’d like to take your information and give you a non-pushy call to arrange a time which is convenient for you to have a meeting.

In this meeting we use a CAD program which will show you the design of your desired conservatory. This can be updated as you change your mind on specific things, such as the height of the dwarf wall, the window designs, the roof design, etc. These updates will all be processed on an automated spreadsheet program as well, updating the price in an instant. This means that you will suffer no add-on charges and be given an exact conservatory price – allowing you to see how much specific parts cost, meaning it is very easy to work to a budget.

Orangeries Information and Prices

Thursday, June 4th, 2009

Some people are wondering what exactly is an ‘Orangery‘? Well, the orangeries we sell at Conservatory Outlet are quite like Contemporary Conservatories.

One of the main feature of orangeries is that they utilise brickwork or stone columns within the design, so that you don’t need to have the bay pole or corner posts you would normally find with a conservatory.

Also, Conservatory Outlet fit internal lighting with downlighters which creates a great look to the interior, and sets it apart from a normal conservatory. To describe the difference simply, an orangery feels more like a glass extension or sunroom with a combination of glazing and walls. We normally install a glass roof on our orangeries to create an extremely light and airy feel.

The images shown are taken from examples of installed orangeries and from our showrooms. We have conservatories and orangeries set up at all of our showrooms around England and parts of Wales.

The real advantage of Conservatory Outlet orangeries is that they are very affordable. So If you are looking to get a quote for an orangery or would like further advice please visit one of our showrooms – found via the tool bar at the top – and speak with an advisor. Or feel free to fill in a free online quote or phone us for free!

Orangery price

Thursday, May 7th, 2009

Dear Sir/Madam,

I recently bought an orangery from West Yorkshire Windows, who are a Conservatory Outlet dealer that operate in in my area of Wakefield.

I was just writing to say that the orangery price was very competitive and after enquiring with some other companies the orangery cost at first seemed slightly cheaper, but when looking through they had added on extras which we wouldn’t have realised until the end if we hadn’t checked.

So I just wanted to write to say thank you for not adding on any hidden costs, for being completely upfront with us when it came to our orangery, me and my husband enjoy going there in the evening and watching the wildlife in the backgarden, it’s very peaceful.

Thank you once again,
Mrs Jinthe
